Approval Details

The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govemment of India vide its Notification No. F.24-1/2007-TS.III dated 6th November, 2007 has given recognition to the section A & B of Associate Membership Course, equivalent to Degree and Part-i & II of Technician Engineers (T.) equivalent to Diploma in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering course conducted by the Institution of Civil Engineers (India) as per syllabus approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for the purpose of employment to the posts & services under Central Govement in the respective field. Membership registrations are open for the Civil and Architectural Engineering for the candidates who are engaged in appropriate field and want to enhance their qualification.

Technician Engineering (Equivalent to Diploma Civil/Architecture)

For Technician Engineering Examination (Part 1 & Part lI)
A pass in 10th examination with Maths & Science from recognized Board with minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field.
{Part I or T.Eng. is exempted (or the candidates who have passed 12th (10+2) with PCM from recognized Board.)
Minimum Duration – 1 year for part 1 and 1.5 years for Part II

AMICE – (Equivalent to BE., B.Tech., Civil/Architecture)

For Associate Membership Examination - (Section A& Section B)

A pass in 3yrs. Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering from recognized technical education board or equivalent with minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field.
{Section A or AMICE (I) is exempted for the candidates who have passed B.E/B.Tech. in other than Civill Architectural Engineering from a recognized University or pass in Section A of AMIE (India) after Diploma in Civil Architectural Engineering.)
Minimum Duration- 1 year for Section A and 1.5 years for Section B
